FAQs
Q: How do I order goods from the website?
A: Make your selection from the range and fill in the order form. Remember to include all information, including the item number, and your credit card number and contact details. Alternatively, you may order by telephone, post or by visiting our Shrewsbury showroom.
In every instance, payment is due at point of order.
Q: How long before my order is delivered?
A: As the majority of our items are made to order, we quote four to eight weeks to include bespoke items. Occasionally it may take longer but we will advise on an approximate date once we know your requirements. As each product is delivered by the company who makes it i.e. Greenapple and our other UK based manufacturers, they will contact you direct once the item is ready for despatch to arrange a suitable time and date. We do not accept liability, and are not held responsible for items that may take longer (unless a date is agreed upon prior to purchase) to produce and likewise to delivery.
Q: Who delivers my item? A: As we use various manufacturers, each item will be delivered using their own service i.e. Greenapple will send all their items via private carrier and will require good access to your property as most of their delivery vehicles are large. Other companies we use will deliver themselves and carry out 'home placement' i.e. will unpack the item for you to check and take away any packing.
Q: What are your delivery charges?
A: We offer a free delivery service to most areas with the exception of a few products., although specific non-standard requirements may incur some costs. We will always advise in these cases.
Q: What guarantees apply to your products?
A: All of our goods are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship, and are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty for a minimum of 12 months. Items found to have missing components or to be damaged will be replaced (see terms and conditions) providing you unpack and examine the goods before accepting delivery. No claims will be entertained once the carrier’s sheet is signed to say the goods are in good order. In your own interests, you must unpack and examine the goods before accepting delivery.
Q: How robust is glass furniture?
A: It’s amazingly strong, thanks to modern technology. Many leading architects are now designing buildings with glass floors, walls and staircases, which gives some idea of how tough and versatile the material is. All our furniture complies with the relevant British Standards specifications for safety and durability.
