Acceptance of Terms
1. By using this website or by placing orders by e-mail, telephone, post or personal visit, you have indicated that you accept these terms and conditions. We consider that each order for goods is an offer to purchase subject to these terms and conditions, which in any event do not affect your statutory rights. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement, you should not purchase any of the products from The Pure Glass Company. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions.

Copyright
2. All intellectual property of The Pure Glass Company such as brand, trade names, patents, registered designs and other intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of The Pure Glass Company.
3. By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of The Pure Glass Company and will refrain from copying, downloading, reproducing, printing or exploiting for commercial purpose and material contained within the Website.

Payment and Price
4. The total price payable for the goods will be confirmed when you place your order, and payment is due immediately. Prices shown currently include VAT and any additional tax or charge that may be levied; however we reserve the right to deviate from published prices in the event of unscheduled changes by our suppliers, the tax authorities or other forces outside our control. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order under such circumstances.
5. We try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate but errors do occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, then we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you or receive no reply from yourselves, then we will treat the order as cancelled and if you have already paid for the goods, operate a full refund.

Cancellation
6. If you cancel your order for a stock item prior to despatch, you will not incur any charges, and we will arrange a full refund. It may be possible to cancel bespoke items provided manufacture has not commenced; however we may charge an appropriate amount to cover our costs. The same rule will apply to items specially ordered. Bespoke items, once manufactured, cannot be cancelled and are only returnable if found damaged upon receipt. These products will still be covered under the 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.

Payment Methods
7. We accept all major credit and debit cards. If using this method, you must provide your correct billing address and telephone number as held by your card issuer. DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE ONLY TO THIS ADDRESS unless other methods of payment are used. Cheques must be cleared before goods are despatched.

Product Guarantee
8. Our responsibility for the product ceases once we have delivered the goods to your door. The manufacturer then becomes liable for any defect due to faulty workmanship and/or materials under the terms of the guarantee.

Delivery
9. Any delivery period quoted by the Company is provided as a guide for the customer and the Company shall not be held responsible for any loss incurred by a customer due to the delivery of the goods being outside the period quoted. Delivery can take between 3 to 8 weeks depending if the item is in stock. If you need the item urgently it is best to contact us first for an estimated delivery time.  Please note:  Once the item is ordered and an estimated delivery time given by us, the manufacturer will contact you direct to confirm the delivery time and date. Please be advised that as most items are made to order, they will only contact you once the item is made and have a delivery in your area. This allows us to keep delivery costs at FREE to yourselves. The delivery may take up to 2 weeks from when the item(s) is made.

10. Most of our products are available with free delivery (where stated) to mainland UK. Some of our products may incur extra delivery charges for larger items, bespoke items and for items being delivered to Scotland or outside mainland Britain. Please contact us in advance if you wish to confirm delivery prices before ordering if they are not stated on the product page. Deliveries will only be delivered to the address that is linked to your credit card details. If paying by cheque, credit transfer, postal order or cash, delivery to a different specified address is possible. Most of our items are delivered by a large carrier vehicle and therefore, you must advise us in advance if access to your property is not available. You should unpack and carefully check your order for damage or shortage before signing the carrier’s sheet, as we cannot accept liability for such damage or shortage once a clear signature has been given. After signing for the goods, any loss or damage shall be at your own risk. Goods will not be left without a signature.
Sign only for the correct amount of packages shown on the carrier’s sheet. If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must note this clearly on the carrier's delivery note and inform us immediately.

Delivery Access
Our delivery is to the ground floor front door with no restricted access or flights of steps, under no circumstances are we able to take goods up stairs. With the exception of Greenapple furniture, the delivery companies will unpack your items and place the furniture in the room of your choice if it's on the ground floor. Any Greenapple product will not be unwrapped and they will not set up the item for you. Larger items will require 2 people to set up so if you wish to know in advance about the item you are purchasing, please e-mail us at sales@pureglasscompany,co.uk quoting the appropriate item reference.

Privacy
11. Any personal data provided will be treated as confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
If you have chosen to receive our newsletter, then we will use the information you submit to provide you with information on the services and products we have to offer, details of any new products or services, and information that may be of interest to you.
We do not share our lists with any third parties.

Disclaimer
12. The Pure Glass Company has taken every care in the preparation of the content of the website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Pure Glass Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. The Pure Glass Company shall not be liable to any person for the loss or damage that may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
13. The Laws of England will govern this agreement and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
